Well, starting to get the empty holes in the lower filled... Just trying to figure out how to get the bolt catch in without a roll pin punch, vise, or action block, lol. So far I haven't done bad, dad is a machinist/diemaker, so I've been taught well, and haven't gotten in a rush yet.

Now that I've got a job starting Monday, hopefully soon I can get some proper tools and move right along...

I think a workbench will be the first order of business, as I might have my computer desk sold... :rockwoot:

Necro Rezzing this with new pics, got my barrel, lower together, slapped an A2 stock on for now just to make it look "complete". All I need is my Magpul PRS, BCG, and scope mount...

Also has Forward assist installed (thanks Doublestar!)
Spike's Jolly Roger ejection port door
    KNS Mod 2 Gen 2 anti-rotation pins

Will explain what I've learned after the pics, lol... Other than this thing is a heavy BEAST!

I've learned that even a rifle length handguard doesn't look right on a 26" heavy barrel...
Looks like I'll have a YHM up for sale or trade...
