Instead of having the people of illinois (read that chicago) get jobs the local govt.has to keep supporting the huge lower class to maintain the democrat majority. They have no qualms about having the middle class shoulder the burden but they're running out of shoulders. That's why I left there 12 years ago and never looked back. My taxes where I am now are less than what I was paying 12 years ago. Sorry to rant but It's a sore subject for me. And they wonder why the businesses and private people are leaving but not the ones on welfare. I'm done...........
