    How many nonpassengers off the street jumped on the bus so they could make claims against the city? Isn’t that the usual procedure?
    What's actually hilarious is that if you read close you realize that excluding the driver and the perp, there were only two other people on this massive bus at 7:15 in the morning on a week day.

    How many nonpassengers off the street jumped on the bus so they could make claims against the city? Isn’t that the usual procedure?

    I saw a video years ago when a woman that was carrying 2 bags of groceries, dropped them, and ran into the bus that was just in an accident.
