    I bought a Bushmaster carbon 15 rifle.

it didn't come with a threaded barrel, Is there a clamp on muzzle break i can attach to it to make it look a little better? It doesn't need to have a purpose, just for looks. lol I appreciate any help.
    Thanks

The set screw type brakes never "held" onto the barrel very well. Sooner or later (mostly sooner) they launched down range.
Leave it plain or have a shop thread the barrel.

$400 for a threaded barrel? Who ever that was I'd recommend never giving them business again.

You can grab a basic AR barrel from about anywhere for ~$150. Threading a barrel is pretty easy, normally $30-$70.

Would recommend getting a flash hider unless you enjoy having your sinus cavity hit with a hammer, like most brakes will do to you.

Thanks a lot, much appreciated. they quoted $400 for a new threaded barrel so i guess i just leave it blank. Thanks

Sounds like they saw an inexperienced person coming and decided to take advantage of you. They should be able to thread the barrel you have for under $100.
