A friend of my has offered to sell me his M17 and 4 mags for 1200. Is this a good price? I don't have 50 posts in so I can't check the classifieds.

You can check em, just not post or reply in them. A good deal is what the buyer and seller agree too. Prices are up right now and what maybe a good deal now is 2-300 more than 3 months ago.

The Bushmaster M17S bullpup hasn't been a great seller, even on gunbroker it has only been the last couple of weeks since they went from the normal selling price of about $700 or so, to the current panic price of over $1000.

As much as I like my M17S and am a bullpup fan, I could never in good faith tell someone that $1200 for one is a good price.

My 2 cents, about $400 or so over what I believe the M17S should be.
