    INGO's Busse (& Bussekin) Chop-In

    Here's the original/planning thread, still hashing out the little details:

    Basically, bring your Busses and Bussekin, big or small for show and tell and to beat on them!

    Location:

    Kinnards80 has graciously offered to host the Chop-in, and from the sound of it I think would be perfect for this event.
    His property is located in Lewisville, which is in Morgan Co. We will PM attendees more specific location as we get closer to the event.

    Date and Time:

    The INGO Busse Chop-in will be on Saturday, December 4th at 11:00AM.

    oh just a couple choppers and maybe a smaller one. I sold most of mine off due to bills.

    I understand....although I was a little more concerned with what you'd be cooking, maybe some of that awesome bean/corn salsa dip you brought to NFA day? All that's left on the list is buns, but that would be a great addition.

    I think two pounds will be fine for the bacon. As far as buns are concerned, we're feeding about 12 people max, so 20+/- buns total should be plenty.

    In case anybody is worried about being cold, I have the shelter house all ready! We will be able to warm up with out a problem!:D

    :yesway: That's good to hear! I was already thinking about the weather this weekend, that puts my mind at ease.

    I hope your cooking facilities are ready for two pounds of bacon (not to mention hot dogs, brats, and other food) and a dozen hungry INGOers!
