I heard about it on the Guntalk podcast. I think raid is a strong word for it. From what I heard, they questioned him and did not arrest or confiscate.
There was no reason, at least in Indiana, for them to even be ABLE to KNOW that he bought ammo, let alone how much, let alone formulate a question which they thought it legal for them to accost him to ask.
I don't know if this has been discussed lately, but I'm still going to do it. I'll be buy from my LGS. Even talked my wife and oldest daughter into it.

So... how did that "agent" get his information? Did he use a credit card to pay at the store? Why did the store release private information? What PC did anyone have to pull his background or license information.
Seems to me there were all sorts of violations of law with his encounter.
