Buy gun before or after training course

Agree with most of these posts. I hear sales people all the time pushing the small handgun to put in their purse. All I can think of is how will the pull the slide back, what will be their reaction to the first shot, and I have seen first hand when a lady cannot pull the trigger on a revolver. Shooting or carrying a handgun is not for everyone, male or female. Try plenty of them out and you or she will know pretty quickly what is right for them or if they really want to shoot and carry.
