Buy or Lease New Vehicle

I must admit, I have recently given some serious thought to leasing. I've always been a fan of paying cash but I'm just tired of always worrying about the failure of an older vehicle or having to work on them. I know that once I go down this road, I will likely be locked in to making payments forever. However, the payment can be very cheap and the appeal of always having a newer vehicle is strong.
