CAA vs EMA ....? What gives?

I'm looking for some tacticool stuff for my AR-10 build and some across these bipods, that look fairly reliable, then I watch the review/promo vids on youtube... something seems familiar here.....hmm

What up with that?

CAA was a joint venture between First Samco (Fobus) and TDI Inc. IIRC, they went bankrupt awhile back, and their products were absorbed into the EMA Tactical line.

Craig Fisher, one of the principals in CAA, has gone on to found Mission First Tactical. The new company will be debuting its line of US-made tactical accessories at the SHOT Show.
