Love it when the bad logic and hypocrisy are called by a well reasoned, simple logical rebuttal.

This should have been a drop the mic moment:

Judge Lee asks California if the state could ban advertisements that are attractive to minors and glorify violence (such as for movies or video games). CA says it isn't sure because movies/video games are protected by the 1A. VanDyke then notes that guns are protected by the 2A

Sometimes, the simplest or most honest come-backs, are the BEST!!!

Pretty sure CA democrats don’t have sufficient shame to actually feel humiliated, but I get the point.
And right there, ladies and gentlemen, is the sum of the problem!
Was it Winston Churchill who said, "The heart of the matter is, the matter of the heart!"
(meaning, to truly be human and/or truthful or honest about things.)

I hope some civil suits start flying for wrongful prosecutions, etc against this AG. A clear message needs to be sent and hopefully hold some of these clowns personally responsible for ignoring the constitution and the supreme court and not just paying with tax payer money.

    .
Please, oh Please, let this be real. I would so love to see this delusional heifer get called to the principal's office.

To make an example they could have federal marshals haul her out in cuffs and put her on the first plane to Gitmo on live TV. Bet nobody would screw with the SCOTUS after one of those. ;)

I always wanted to see this done to the little Daley for destroying Meigs.

I wonder what, if anything, this does to the New Mexico’s tyny tyrant’s ban on carry in public playgrounds. In California, it’s unconstitutional, in NM, so far, upheld. What’s left basically of her total ban on carry in Bernalillo County.

I’m admittedly not up to speed on the interconnectivity of court cases between states or Districts.
