Why not. Billery and her lap dog did it. This is the new way.

The new way appears to attack each and every pebble of the foundation of our country.
Make enough little dents and the whole structure will fall.
With time and determination the scourge of the United States Constitution will eventually destroy what's left of this country.
Eventually there will be no one left to pay for all the programs and handouts they're creating.
One only needs to look deeper than campaign slogans to see the base problems of the country.

Because they can fire 300-600rds/minute, like a machine gun. Basically the usual uneducated anti-gun BS.
^This^ She's citing briefs that came from the Brady bunch and the Everytown anti crowd to base her decision on. It's based on the anti's talking points.

Guy mentioned the same thing earlier on his show when discussing this mess. "In common use" is a thing, over 10 million ARs is pretty common.

I’m not advocating for anything but they sure are pushing the envelope closer toward some kind of civil unrest with obvious sham judicial rulings such as this. Hopefully the higher courts will right the ship on this one.

The judicial system in this country has crossed into the political realm too many times and that is a danger to our republic.

Nah, this is grand standing for the home team. It will be overturned albeit at some expense to the uninfected.

Common use. When/If this get's overturned for that, it should be applied to the "assault" weapons laws some places have.

US v Miller 1939, which was cited in Heller. Maybe this judge skipped that day in law school.

Until there are repercussions for lower court judges ignoring SCOTUS rulings, this crap will continue.

It's time several hundred (or better yet, several thousand) of California's gun owners show up to the court house armed to peaceably remove this judge from the bench. Or at the very least, surround the building and prevent her from entering.
