Inline DOC in the jag, what was remarkable were the engine parts that had been polished up and the detail that went into the entire car. While there were some non original features like an upgraded electrical system and car stereo it was very nicely done, sort of a mild resto mod of the car.
The original Jag six is a long stroke, high torque, commercial inline that was fitted with a twin cam 2 valve cylinder head. That was the only Jag engine ever used other than the ohc v-12 until the Ford years.
I am a mopar fan and old enough to have ridden in that car when it was new. That era of Detroit Muscle excited me when I first saw them. They still have that effect now. Nice ride.
