Carmel Shooting Range?

What ever happened with that guy who was trying to open the shooting range in West Carmel (Michigan Rd area)? It was about a year ago and I know he was having some issues with the permits. The obvious answer is that it didn't happen but I was wondering if someone had some additional information. This would have been a good location for those who live in Hamilton County.

That web page is just a template. Its the same pictures for shooting ranges in CA and NY, just different numbers. No real information on the actual range. Check this out: premiershootingrange.com Directory

Doing a Google on the phone number points to a roofing company so I'd say it doesn't exist. At least not yet.
