Filming of episode 8 wrapped in July. There was no mention if she was to continue to episode 9 or not as they keep the script/plot quiet.

From the first report I heard about her health issue I did not see it ending well for her. Very sad and way to young.

Not only will I remember her for Star Wars but I always find myself watching The Burbs and Soapdish when ever I find them on TV. Not leading roles by any means, but nice to she her in them.

Sad to lose Princess Leia. Definitely an icon of my childhood/generation. I told my wife we should pay homage to her memory, but she wasn't 'feeling' the proposed tribute and said her hair is not long enough for those braids anyway.
