I agree that the restaurant owner is very cool for what he is doing. I bet his sales have increased and profits as well. Good for him.

Now the author, why does he claim that offering this discount is a bad idea. Stating that the days of rootin tootin shoot em up saloons are a thing of the past and this encourages that kind of behavior. Whats up with that?
