You could also consider not supporting a team that opposes your 2nd Amendment rights. "Panem et circenses," and all that.

Agreed, they never touch behind your back or below the knees. Grabbed my junk a few times though. Ankle is the best bet. I was escorted by no less than 6 uniforms out a side door for carrying at a Pacer's game.

I knew that would get a reaction! I have been a Chicago Bears fan sence 1985 and I wasn't about to change to the Colts after they snuck out of Baltimore in the middle of the night. Were you a Colts fan when they had losing season after losing season? If so you are a true fan. You never heard about the Colts on the news and no one carried their merchandise when they were losing. Now with many winning seasons there are Colts fans everywhere. I guess all I'm tring to say is that it is easy to root for a winner. This weekend my 2 favorite NFL teams are the Bears and the Jets

That was then, this is now. We've had an entire generation grow up with the Colts. Almost every kid in my son's 1st grade wears Blue on Friday. It just takes time.

The idea that the Colts will be horrible without Manning is without merit. Sure, we'll never have the Greatest Of All Time again, but if there is one owner, one GM, who can draft the next Flacco, Ryan or Rodgers, it is this organization.

And yes, I've been a fan since 1984. Through thick and thin and thin and thin. Went to games when there was no chance of winning and I stay until the end even if the score is 0-41.

    Go Blue...

Just get a concealed carry badge. When they find your pistol you can whip out the badge and they will let you through...

That's what the badges are for.

    Right...?

Wrong. They made me go through the special entrance for media (I think) and suites. They said off-duty LEOs can keep their firearms, but as of last night, a security officer will take you back to the security office and they ask you to sign your name, dept., and seat and an LEO will check your ID. We arrived very early, and I was only the third off-duty LEO to sign in on the page. Not sure if they had already filed up the other turned pages, but given they had spots for 20 or so names, I think those were from previous games. I would have liked to have seen how many names actually ended up in that book. If I was going to drink any alcohol, I would have left it in the car. I had heard you could just show ID and they would let you pass. I tried that and got denied and was directed to this special entrance gate.

Ah baloney......all the fair weather fan talk is crap. Would you patronize a restaurant that had bad service? or bad food? Well...I won't waste my time watching a football team that isn't playing well. Absolutely no difference.

As to the post, I was patted down exactly as described......from shoulders to waist, they ignored everything below the waist and behind my back.
