I ran into an odd situation today at my grandson's daycare.

I rode the bike up to Indy to visit with my daughter. We went to pick up my grandson at daycare. My daughter invited me in to see the facility and I turned her down, due to the fact that I was CCing.
I remembered the news story from a year ago, or so, on a guy whose wife had a daycare operation and got in trouble for carrying a handgun on premises.

Was I correct in staying out of the daycare?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I also believe that a state-licensed day care facility is also prohibited even if it's not a preschool.
