I have a line on a good number of level III and Level IV plates.
Sizes include xs-xl to include side plates.

    My questions are:

    1. Any laws I should be aware of for pocessing and selling, state and federal? ( I looked and can find nothing).

    2. Do you think there is a market here for them?
Exp. Med plates 140.00 side plates 40.00 ea.

This is just a feeler and not an ad.

Are these SAPI or ESAPI plates?

The only laws you need concern yourself with are if they are actually military plates (i.e. theft or dealing in stolen property). The other would be committing a felony while wearing them. Its also against the law for a previously convicted felon to possess BA. There are some states that don't allow body armor to be sold by any manor other than FTF (Connecticut is one, so if your buyer is from there, you can't ship).

Great. Thanks. Not military plates, at least I don't believe so, will check when I can inspect.
