Change of address????

I know it's on this site, but I can't find it. Can someone tell me the web-site to make a change of address to my handgun permit?? And can I still carry my handgun if the address is wrong. I am moving next week and just remembered.. Can someone help me out??

Thanks for the link for the paper to fill out and send in. Can I get one of the new plastic cards that people are talking about when I change my address?? I don't see a place for it on the paper.. Anyone done this ??
