AR15 A1 Build

Well, over the past few weeks, I have been pricing and asking for info on an AR10, but I got a good deal with an AR15 lower from a friend who has one too many lowers (supposedly the excuse. Didnt think it was possible).

Now I am looking to build a AR 15 Retro A1 with a slick side upper. I did some research and I havent been able to find much except a few very used uppers and this one:

I have a superior arms lower, will this fit well with the lower? Does anyone have experience with a good slick side upper or suggest a certain company?

You can usually find old used Colt A1 complete uppers at the gun shows fairly cheap every so often.I found one about a year ago that was in excellant condition with a good bore and put it on a Essential Arms lower as a cheap retro type build.It turned out pretty well.
