Are there parts kits out there to finish the build?

You used to be able to order a complete 14" front end including shortened mag tube and shortened action slide direct from Mossberg (I have one of these kits ready to convert a 590) but it looks like Mossberg just now changed their policy and are only selling this to LEO and military.

For that kinda $$ you could buy 2 of the mossberg above receivers, 2 stamps and 2 donor shotguns for all the parts like bolt, stock, etc. and be NFA legal for the rest of your life for (2) SBS's

Found a distributor on gunbroker that has the old price but reading the listing there might be warranty issues.
