    25LPI is about perfect IMHO. I've got a couple in 22 and they eat away after a while.

    I agree, I have one with 20 and I did draw practice with it the other day, I was almost bleeding when I got done

    Not everybody is naive enough to checker Aluminum. One day I will probably have an issue but I have done 3 aluminum frames so far with no isues

    The more I look at this the more I want to do this to the current project.

    And it appears to be a slow painful death

    While it is nice I don't know if I would. If it is the pistol I am thinking about It is very labor intensive and would just add cost but up to you.
