Got this from an old friend, very good recipe so thought I'd share it. :yesway: :ingo:
edit: I did add some chili powder to taste.

    This recipe serves 6,

2-3 Chicken Breast boiled and cut into small pieces
    1-15oz can of Tomato Sauce
    1-15oz can of Diced Tomatos
    3-15oz cans of Chili Beans
1-15oz cans of Kidney Beans drained
1 can Rotelo peppers and chili's
    1/2-large Onion chopped
    1/2 can of canned Corn
    1tsp of minced Garlic
1-2 tsp of Hot Sauce (optional)
    Salt & Pepper to taste
I just mix all these ingredients together and let it cook on low in a crockpot all day! I serve it with sour cream and Oyster crackers.

yeah I omitted a can of beans since it seemed there were plenty already in it. This was the first time I'd ever tried sour cream with any kind of chili. The flavor is great by itself, but with the sour cream, it's awesome. :yesway:

Just curious, but why boil the chicken? For ease?

I'd rather just grill it or pan fry it for looks.

Makes the chicken REALLY tender. Just falls apart.

We were GOING to try this tonight, but I need to find chili minus the beans. My kids REFUSE to eat beans. I'm thinking about making it and not letting them eat anything else, but I'll try to get some bean-less chili first.
