I'm trying, I really am... But today's show wrapped talking about how some hippy probably doesn't bathe, and "i bet you he smells real bad..." Etc.

They make it hard for me to try to listen...

They were mocking Russell Brand, and it was pretty funny

How could you not like Daisy's British accent / Russell Brand impersonation?
    "Im worth fifteen million dollars"
    I laughed.

LOL, I wonder if this much attention would be given to D***s on the Right. Yes, I know part of the appeal is the rarity of a conservative viewpoint from women on the radio. But aside from that, are we surprised there's a range of reaction to them?

I personally don't find [STRIKE]them[/STRIKE] the show content cerebral enough. But I realize that's part of their show format. I would prefer to listen to Dana, Rush, Levin, and Hannity (usually in that order). I'm glad they're out there. Chances are a good number of fence sitters might be more open to hearing the conservative side from a direction that it far less aggressive and abrasive than the more mainstream ones. So more power to 'em.

On a side note: I lost all respect for Abdul when he refused to condemn Andre Carson specifically for the garbage coming out of Indiana's 7th District.

Well, they had a fair amount of competition when they auditioned for the slot, and frankly, I like them better than pretty much anyone else of the six or so personalities that also auditioned. That said, I don't agree with everything they say, especially on some social issues, but unlike the Democrats, we can disagree with one another without being stupid about it it.

Although I don't much care for Ab-dull (sic), I'm not surprised he doesn't call out Andre. He's a lawyer and he's got to work in the community, even as a libertarian.

I didn't know they were mocking Russel Brand.

In that case... good on 'em. Hate the man :P

I didn't say they were bad. Just that I prefer a more cerebral talk radio experience. The few times, and it's a poor sample set I'll admit, I've had to listen to them, there's been too much fluff. Again, their show, and I don't think they should change. I just prefer to listen to a different kind of talk radio.

Not buying it. You can criticize the policy without attacking the man. And I have been there in person when Abdul was directly questioned. I feel strongly his reason had nothing to do with the desire to avoid making enemies.
