Some awfully nice beers being poured at the Indiana Microbrewers Festival today. Some of the highlights for me (aside from our own specialty beers) were the Shark Pants from Three Floyd's, a bottle of Pliny the Elder from Russian River, and Cashew Mountain Brown from Founder's.

I think you're missing another name of local Indiana Breweries.... ;)

If you haven't yet found this wonderful Ale....do so! Yes, it's pricey, but.....in the waiting room in Heaven, when they're processing your paperwork for admittance, I have no doubt that Chimay Blue is available on tap. What a treat.

Its even better if you let it sit a while and warm up. Chimay is brew that is brewed and meant to be consumed at room temperature. Chimay was invented and by Trappist Monks, this beer believe it or not is the only thing that they consume during their periods of fasting. Some liquor stores carry it, but it, pop the cork when you get home and have a glass! :yesway::yesway:
