All the other 'progressive' nations average around 5,000 innocent civilians PER DAY murdered by their own police and military, which would be around 200 per day in the U.S. as 1/25th the world population. So, if we want to accept the price, we can adopt the same kinds of 'progressive' gun laws they have.

And yes I realize that some of the 'democratic' protectorates of the U.S. haven't had that happen yet, but neither had Germany in the 1930's when they passed their version of the 1968 Gun Control Act.
