It sounds like these people have an axe to grind with the police in general.

They got raided themselves for no valid reasons that injured both.
1st lawyer they found let time runout on notices and filing suites.
System dropped a house on them for no reason as I can figure.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. I suspect that the former sheriff is in for the legal fight of his life. AFA the folks that made the video, it looks like the accusations you listed haven't been proven. Maybe they should have called, Morgan and Morgan!

Still a lot of finger pointing by these two without any solid ground to stand on. I'm not saying that Clark County Police didn't do anything wrong in their case, just that apparently these two individuals haven't had any legal decisions made that verify their claims of mistreatment. Having an internet channel doesn't impress me. "It's all sound and fury, signifying nothing". Lots of folks who have had a run-in with the law have an axe to grind. Some have a legitimate gripe, but most do not. Having said that, the future doesn't look too rosy for Jamey Noel, even if he's exonerated.

I have experienced that in council. Conflicts of interest probably kill or neuters litigation across the country.

Is that a fact or opinion of the sour grapes couple? For sure, not every lawyer is energetic, competent or ethical. I've seen my share of duds and had some dealings with some of the them.
