Class III in Kosciusko County question

I am about ready to do a Form 1 to build an SBR. I was wondering if anyone here in Kosciusko County had any problems with the CLEO sign off? Sheriff Rocky Goshert would be my CLEO. Anyone have any trouble getting him to sign?

Just took my form 4 for a silencer in monday, told a very nice lady I needed finger printed and that I had some forms Rocky needed to sign off on. Got printed then she took papers into Rocky he read them over and signed off. In & out in about 30 min. Except when I got home and looked at the papers he had only signed one of the form 4 papers had to go back and they ran him down to sign the other one.
