I may be moving to this area and was wondering how he was.

I know everybody on here asks that question about their CLEO, but why doesnt anyone just call them up and ask to sit down and speak with them about it? I live in the most liberal town in Indiana and I had no trouble getting him to sign it off. I talked with my CLEO before and he did ask me why I wanted to register them, i explained and he had no problem what so ever.

It's probably not a bad idea to get people from as many different areas as possible to do that very thing. Then compile a list.

I wish I had the time to sit down with him, lol I have a few things at a class 3 dealer and was wondering if i should just go ahead and start the paperwork now while im in an area where they have already approved me a few years ago.

He is definitely pro gun. I have gotten a couple of sign offs from Sheriff Stoffel. He had a short conversation with me about hunting with me while he was signing one.
