The government needs to just stop the subsidy, if the Hippy Granny Tea Place or the Stylish Beard Brew House can improve their sales buying the boutique electricity for the cost to produce it, let them. I get along fine with plain old coal produced electricity and it's less expensive.

If it was cheap or close to free, that would be a big thing, IMO.

All it needs to be is slightly less expensive than the alternatives....so why would it ever be less than that?
