No difference what soever. Millions of dollars spent on the Benghazi incident and all have Failed to be the smokin gun. If the republicans could have proved inconclusive wrongdoing it would have happened/surfaced already. ***** and moan all you want but this is old news and no one cares. Sad but true I'm afraid. Either bring up new irrefutable evidence or put this 'Benghazi incident' to bed.

Funny how we find smoking guns (incriminating emails, etc) laying all over a crime scene, but an investigation turns up nothing.

This is as much theater as the TSA.

I saw Pence comment today that when around 18 minutes of Nixon's tapes came up missing he was held accountable.....Clinton, on the other hand, has thousands of emails missing....and no problem!

Nixon was accountable for abuse of office, not his use of audiotape. Nor was he held accountable for whatever was said during those 18 minutes.

BTW, the FBI has those missing e-mails. They'll likely drop a few hundred each day until Nov. 8th...

The fact that there are still emails surfacing after being subpoenaed IS your smoking gun.

No, the dribble of e-mails is POLITICS; the GOP wants to keep a dead horse on its feet as long as possible. If there were a true "smoking gun", it would be released immediately. Time to indict, time for the Dems to put up a replacement candidate. You couldn't very well argue for Hillary's indictment on Nov. 7th if the "smoking gun" had been available months (or years) previously.

Who would be screaming "the election is rigged!" then???

we do have a smoking gun, Elijah Cummings released them yesterday. Comey claimed she did not intend to break the law, and thats why he did not indict her. Funny thing is, the purported Powell/Clinton email change proves that she in fact did intend to, and sought help on how to do so. Now she has collusion against her as well.

So, because you believe the horse is dead, that must mean you've accepted the most favorable of the dichotomy--she's either guilty or incompetent; you've chosen incompetent.

As for the timing of the release, who is it that is releasing stuff? Who is determining when to release stuff? When did Comey release his report? Hmmm? Is Comey a Trumper? Who does Comey work for? Huh?

Everyone knew Hillary couldn't be indicted. Comey said he's not going to indict her because he can't prove intent. It is clear to any intellectually honest person that what Hillary did was against the law, and it only takes a little googling to see the law she broke does not require intent--neglegence doesn't require intent. Other people have been indicted for less, without intent.

But because of who she is, there's just no way that she would ever be indicted. And so she will not see justice for her actions, and will likely be rewarded with the Presidency. And the reason she won't be held accountable is because Democrats don't give a **** about what she did. They'd surely have wanted to hold a Republican accountable for doing the same thing. If it were GWB they'd look high and low to find ****s to give. But because it is one of their own, they're trying like hell to kill that healthy horse you think is dead.

Lol at thinking democrats can be intellectually honest.

most republicans I know aren't either, but cognitive dissonance is a requirement to be a progressive

Since when does it take a half-dozen exploratory abdominal surgeries to find a bad appendix?

That horse died after the first Benghazi hearing, so now the House Oversight Committee has simply changed the focus of their "investigations". It will continue into her 2nd term...
