Things like this makes “loser pays” seem sensible.

I more favor loser/lawyer pays for frivolous lawsuits. If it is tossed early as, make 'em pay for wasting everyone's time.

Maybe the could run an event such as:

"Punch Ahmed Mohamed in the face - $5
Punch Ahmed Mohamed in the groin - $10"

That should prove a good haul from them.
