    I tweeted at them. That maybe if they allowed legal concealed carry and all their officials weren't crooked they would be alright!

    Why conceal carry? The words are, "shall not be infringed". Just carry should be sufficient. Open or concealed should be decided by the individual based on their preference, not the .gov.

    If I was guessing, I'd guess he meant legal carry. That other word slips in there almost as if it was concealed.... waitaminute, it IS "concealed". :): Speaking seriously, it's an easy act to join those two together. Again, though, this is only my guess.
