This is what happens when Californians migrate. They bring their screwed up thinking with them. Dickenlooper is going to be the death of the Constitution in Colorado.

Yes. I've heard this from people on bordering states (bordering California). They leave because California is falling apart. But then they outnumber the indiginous people and vote the same laws that caused them to leave.

And yes, I know some of the people originally there would have voted that way. But now they tip the scales.

How can you vote out a democrat when the republicans can't give us a good candidate to for for? Just look at our last senate race.

I also wonder how so many anti-gunners keep getting elected when I hear how many millions of people are firearm owners. My only answer is that most firearm owners don't really give a hoot and don't vote.

First things first. Get the Dems out of the majority. RINOs will get the message too.

I think they anticipated that everyone would be to stoned to care.

Drug 'em first, then screw 'em, right? Sounds like something they'd do.

I suspect they may find they have awakened a sleeping giant. Sow the seeds, Dems. Then reap the whirlwind.

"When it gets down to having to use violence, then you are playing the system’s game. The establishment will irritate you – pull your beard, flick your face – to make you fight. Because once they’ve got you violent, then they know how to handle you. The only thing they don’t know how to handle is non-violence and humor."
    John Lennon

I'm sure the progressives are praying for a "revolution" in a state that is tee'd up to shut it down quickly. I'm assuming that's why they chose Colorado.

could also be because the Denver airport is the super double secret home of the illuminati and they want to stretch their legs out in the rest of the state.

They vote the party line because of the group they're in; ethnic groups, labor, pro-choice, pro-gay, tree huggers, whale huggers, etc. I'm retired union labor and I got sick of my "brothers" mindlessly pulling the Democrat lever. When I asked about the 2nd Amendment they mostly responded, "we don't need machine guns." Well now that the puke in New York used a shotgun to murder 4 people the other day we'll see what new legislation comes out of that. Just maybe this time Joe Sixpack may feel threatened if there is a chance somebody may seriously talk about taking his rabbit gun away from him. But just maybe.

Talked to a good friend of mine in the Denver area last night. Hey says Colorado can petition (100,000 sign's I think) any law and get it added in the next election - voter veto I think he called it. The governor has already been put on notice that way more than 100,000 signers are waiting to get the voter-veto fired up...call it a "get-the-hell-out-of-office" party.

    To All,

Look at the positive side: during the next election cycle massive numbers of gun control fools will be thrown out on their collective A... Butts.

A new governor will be elected.

All the silly laws will be repealed and the almighty fear of gun supporters will ring from every mountain top and sea to shining sea.

The message will be loud and clear: touch our liberties at your political peril.

    The glass is half full.

    Regards,

    Doug

Actually in Colorado that might not happen. You've need to keep in mind that the largest number of voters live in the Denver/Boulder area and are firmly attached to the governments teat. And the ones that aren't sucking that teat most likely moved from California. That means that they will allow the Democrats to do what ever they like as long as they get their monthly stipend. They then turn around and vote the democrats back into office because they can't be bothered to actually think about what their actions are doing to the state. As long as they get their "free" money they are happy, or at least complacent.
Remember also that unofficially at least, Denver is a "sanctuary city", where the illegals are not only allowed to live without worry of deportation, but are actually encouraged to live there.
So don't hold out a whole hell of a lot of hope for Colorado, because the the rural voters are outnumbered, not by alot, but enough to tilt the state in the socialist direction.
Gonna stop this before I get really pissed as I just moved here from Colorado and love the state, but not the people.

You're right about Colorado. My brother was stationed there in the early seventies... beautiful state. Illinois is in a similar situation, as far as Chicago having a condensed voting block of libs leaving the rest of the state at its mercy. Illinois also just recently voted to allow illegals to get a drivers license. Slowly building a new dependent democratic base.

The whole country is like that. Blue in the big cities, red everywhere else. You can hope they have something trigger riots because they always burn their own neighborhoods down and kill their neighbors first. But then we'll have to deal with them when the cities are all used up. LOL Seriously it's only gonna get worse til there's a spark, and we're getting more and more outnumbered everyday. Right now though, we have the military on our side. Not the leadership, but the grunts on the ground, but who knows how long that will last

A very sensible statement. Repped. It's like they're franchising on political destruction.
