I recently acquired a LNIB colt conversion kit for .45 or .38 super guns and it is missing the slide stop. This was part of a trade and it's something that I have no use for. I'm trying to make it complete to sell. After doing a little research I realized the slide stop is missing and am wondering if the slide stop from a 45 cal is the same that comes in the kit. Not sure if the 45 and 22 slide stop are the same or not. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

you need one for a Super 38 to make it work right or take a 45 one and tune it to work right......does the barrel have a sliding chamber?

Mine has a "2" on the back of it, I think. I have an Service Model Ace and a Conversion Unit but can't remember exactly right now. I can look this evening if you don't have an answer by then. What are you wanting for the unit as is?
