Is this a Colt Manufacturig rifle, or a Colt Defense rifle?

You know they are made in the same factory in the same assembly area with the same parts.

    Colt Defense and Colt Mfg=same.

Just different names and different business designations.

Kind of like KVAR and Arsenal, 2 different companies under the same roof top.

The new "sporter" series of Colt rifles for civilians is identical to the LEO models sans roll marks (and this is from a Colt employee who works at the factory.....from the Colt industry forum on AR15.com).
The only other difference is they don't come with 2 20 round mags, only a low cap mag.

The pictures are posted in the Colt Industry forum. Same quality, for less $$

Does the "sporter" have the M16 BC like the 6920?
