WTS: Colt LE6940 "Restricted" Complete Lower with Upgrades

I have for sale a new Colt LE6940 complete lower with the "Restricted" roll mark.

It has a Noveske QD End Plate, Magpul MOE Trigger Guard, and Tango Down Battlegrip.

I am asking $999 for this lower (cash).

HOWEVER, I will take $900 cash if you throw in some NIB XM855 or XM193.

Make me offers people. Don't be shy. I'm interest in cash/partial trades if you have NIB items (pistols, ammo, etc.).

I would prefer a FTF transaction. I am willing to meet in Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, or Indianapolis.
