Burl was trying to break into his own car. He set off the alarm and got the attention of a couple of armed citizens.

Could I have shot him for committing a forcible felony?

Had a nice visit with my fellow INGO members. Enjoyed the conversation and the food. Learned more about USPSA shooting.
Went to Bite the Bullet before dinner so made for a fun afternoon and evening!

Sorry we missed this one. We REALLY had fun at the one in Garcia's too. For some reason, I'm just now seeing this. Hmmmm.... Hope you had fun. Would love to have one up here in Martinstucky area soon.
