This question is impossible to answer with something definitive that works for everybody. Different calibers, different sizes of guns, different body types, different position preferences. What is best for me could be what is worst for you.

That being said, I'm partial to Glock 19 or 26 when I carry a Glock.

Easiest would be a G43 as it's a small single stack. Now, don't know if it would work for all your needs but that would be the easiest to conceal. Short and thin.

I carry a G36 in a CompTac tuckable or a BladeTech IWB. Most sheeple have no idea I'm carrying.
Unless you send it out on social media most don't see anything anymore. I'm usually pretty casual (untucked flannel shirt on days like this, untucked Hawaiian shirt in better weather), so the G26 in a Serpa works fine. Crossbreed Super Tuck for more formal/less sloppy attire.

The 43 is an awesome gun. Very, very easy to conceal. I also love carrying my 30 every once in a while, but its pretty fat, compared to the 43. I don't have any experience with the 26, but most people seem to really love them as well.
