Considering the 1911...again

I have had very good luck with my Kimbers, Ed Browns and Wilson Combat 1911's. I keep them very clean and oiled.

Opinions are free, but with all due respect, I have what I like, just like most of you, and it doesn't matter a whit what anyone else has, or likes. I alone, am accountable for the function of my chosen firearm if I need to use it in a defensive situation, just as anyone else who carries is responsible for theirs.
