For me meals are an event, something to bring family and friends together. So when cooking 100% from scratch. Tonight it was a trio of enchiladas. So I send a text to my wife just checking to make sure we have sweet onions. She’s responds back ah no we’re out but we have McCormick dehydrated ones. Me Ah no I will pick some up on my way home.

Result stellar homemade sauce, Beef Enchiladas, Cheese and onion enchiladas, and smoked chicken and cheese enchiladas.

Kind of thinking like dehydrated Onions?
