It looks like the gas tube is vented. Is that necessary to run a suppressor on an AK platform? I have an AK74 I like to run a Kestrel 5.56 on. Any suggestions on where to find a vented gas tube?

thats just a chinese AK. all of their gas tubes are vented, and its not required to run a suppressor.

as for the best AK accessory...... that is nice, but I think the 3rd pin is the best accessory

Work with me here... they are 7.62x39 and Blackout safe, correct? Supersonic Blackout as well? 9mm?

I have been waiting for the full blown .308 version to hit, but I have AKs and a 9mm carbine. Plus I plan on a Blackout build.

No offense, but I'm going with the milled Chinese. More of a classic AK man. The folder adapter looks good on that slant receiver. I want a milled AK so damn
