Funny true story... Two impd officers went to gen con here in Indy while on a run. When they entered the building they were stopped by a 16 year old kid with braces wearing an elf costume. The conversation:

Kid: HALT!

Cops: WTF

Kid: I noticed you guys don't have any stickers on your guns

Cops: they come like that.

Kid in an authoritative tone: you have to have green stickers on your guns to show everyone that they're not real guns!

Cops: they're real guns kid

Kid: (****s pants)

Cops: we're real cops

Kid: oh thank (some mythical creature or god or something)

Cops: someone called the cops and we need to find that person

Kid: what?

Cops: we're on a quest to forge a path to the one who calls himself victim

Kid leaves

The guy who was running the event actually works at the video game store on southport and emerson if you want to ask him yourself. He laughs about it now and the officers involved get a discount on video games .
