It is completely brand new. The tires look used, but it is just a little dirty from rolling into my garage on the day we got it.
The lawn mower has sat in my garage since the day we got it. Never turned on, never exposed to elements, and never even put gas in it.
The reason we never used it, is because I originally bought it for my mother huge yard, but she decided it would be easier to pay someone to cut it instead.
You are more than welcome to come take a look at it and inspect it, or test it out.
