Definitely a reason to carry and have extra mags. Something similar happened a couple years back in Louisville around Waterfront Park. I do not head down there after dark any longer unless I have good line of sight and can park very close to where I need to go. Definitely need to identify the kids and charge them and their parents.

This wasn't Mid-0200 when nothing good ever happens, this was 1930-2000. Hell they punched a horse? How long until we see this? IUPUI has it's share of crime already with robberies, car-jackings and the like. A quick and violent response is the only option here.
