    I'm looking at a firearm that really doesn't have a stock selection. I'm curious if anyone on INGO builds they're own.

    I haven't taken that task on yet. I'm sure it wouldn't be to bad. Just make sure that you take you time and measure once, twice, and three times. You could come up with some pretty cool designs.

    Homemade stocks

    It is pretty easy to do if you have some basic skills working with wood. Just go slowly and you can come up with whatever you are dreaming of. Even the checkering can be accomplished by going slow and steady.

    Yeah of course, usually start out with like a turkey carcass or beef bones and boil them, then add salt and other seasonings

    Very nice. Do you have experience making non-wooden stocks?

    Napa has this body filler/resin that has glass fibers mixed throughout it. It's more flexible than bondo but pretty stiff too.

    It's called Tiger Hair I think. It would be fun to experiment with on a 22 rifle or something.

    looking to make my own cherry grips to replace the factory ones. its on an older piece and i want to keep the factory intact in case i want to resale
