Cuban embargo is a waste. Open it up, it would make the country wealthy beyond imagine, and those pesky commies would quickly see the error of their ways. Everyone in the country needs a new car, it's a tropical paradise waiting to be exploited (did I say that), and the export on cigars alone would put them at the top of the industry. Even the Dominicans would have to step up to compete with the cuban rollers.
