Hi Guys, I know there's a sticky about this but, sifting useful information out of 370ish posts is near impossible.

What order should things be done in?

Online - Application for Handgun License
Prints - L1
In-Person - Sheriff/Police

I'm currently in the middle of the process myself... basically, at least in Hamilton, you fill out the state police form which will let you register for L1 ... go do the L1... then take the receipt from L1 to your local agency... if that local agency is Carmel, prepare to wait 2-3 weeks before they will be kind enough to see you... otherwise, I hear you just stop on by and your done.. wait for it to come in the mail a few days later.
