Looks like they are in fact catching up, at a good clip too. I applied L1 on 6/10, got it on 8/9. If he applied on the 20th, they processed 10 days of apps in 6 days. Good news for you guys that are still waiting, though I can't speak to the apps from February.

Looks good too. I was reading this thread a while back thinking it would take forever. Been holding off on applying so I don't have to fuss with a change of address mucking things up as my lease is just almost up, but it looks like I can apply later this month and get mine by October at least. (wishful thinking)
